Phonak EON is Phonak's newest hearing aid platform and the third generation of Audéo Sphere technology. It delivers the proven speech-in-noise performance of the Sphere line in a hearing aid that is noticeably smaller and lighter, while adding upgraded automatic processing, stronger wind-noise management, and native Auracast connectivity.

Better Speech Understanding in Noise

The signature feature of Phonak EON is Spheric Speech Clarity 3.0, which uses dedicated AI processing to separate speech from background noise, enhance the speech signal, and then reintegrate it for clearer listening in difficult environments.

In Phonak's testing, this technology delivers:

• Up to 50% better speech understanding compared with advanced directional microphone technology
• Up to 37% less listening effort
• Users are up to two times more likely to understand speech coming from any direction

One meaningful change with EON is availability. Spheric Speech Clarity was previously limited to the top two performance levels, but it is now offered across three levels, extending advanced speech-in-noise performance to more patients and a wider range of budgets.

A Smaller, Lighter Design

Phonak EON brings Sphere technology into a more comfortable, discreet form factor. The device is 25% smaller and 20% lighter than the previous Sphere generation, while maintaining a standard-size rechargeable receiver-in-canal shape that most wearers find easy to manage.

The reduction in size and weight matters for all-day comfort, particularly for people who wear their hearing aids from morning until night. EON is available in eight color options to blend with different hair colors and skin tones.

Smarter Automatic Processing

Many wearers don't want to manually switch programs as they move between quiet and noisy settings. Phonak EON addresses this with AutoSense OS AI 8.0 and APD 4.0, its automatic operating system and fitting formula, both designed to react more quickly and intelligently as your environment changes.

Phonak reports up to 50 dB of wind-noise reduction while preserving up to 30 dB of signal-to-noise ratio benefit, and more than 90% of study participants preferred WindBlock 2.0 for naturalness. This feature is available across all performance levels, so outdoor comfort isn't reserved only for premium models. Connectivity, Battery, and Auracast

Phonak EON uses the Era connectivity chip to support broad Bluetooth compatibility, allowing the hearing aids to function as a hands-free headset for calls and video conferencing across phones, computers, tablets, and televisions.

• Native Auracast support for public audio broadcasts in airports, theaters, houses of worship, and conference centers
