Oticon Reveal is Oticon's next-generation rechargeable receiver-in-canal hearing aid, built around a new dual-AI sound processing system. Rather than trying to eliminate as much background sound as possible, Reveal is designed to find your individual balance between speech clarity and awareness of the world around you.

A Dual-AI Approach to Sound

Most hearing aids treat background sound as something to remove. Oticon Reveal takes a different approach by running two AI systems that work together in real time:

• Speech AI analyzes and enhances the voices you're trying to follow
• Context AI preserves the meaningful sounds around you, from a turn signal to a grandchild playing in the next room

These systems evaluate your sound environment every two milliseconds and coordinate to find what Oticon calls your "balance point," the setting where speech stays clear without stripping away the environmental cues your brain relies on. This is Oticon's third generation of AI-based hearing technology, following the Oticon More and Oticon Intent platforms.

The processing itself happens in the Reveal AI Clarifier, which replaces the MoreSound Intelligence system used in earlier Oticon devices.

Improved Feedback Management

Feedback, the whistling sound some hearing aid wearers experience, is more than an annoyance. It limits how much amplification an audiologist can safely provide, particularly in open or vented fittings where sound can escape the ear canal.

The Reveal Optimizer addresses this with faster and more precise feedback prevention than previous Oticon platforms, along with additional fitting headroom in the high frequencies. In practical terms, this means your provider may be able to deliver more of the amplification your hearing loss actually calls for without triggering whistling, which is especially valuable if you prefer an open fitting or have high-frequency hearing loss.

Reveal also continues Oticon's 4D sensor technology, which evaluates your movement and listening situation before determining how sound should be processed. The hearing aid responds differently when you're walking through a busy street than when you're seated at a quiet dinner table.

Connectivity and Streaming Comfort

Oticon Reveal introduces a redesigned connectivity platform and radio transmitter, offering improved wireless streaming range and connection stability compared with Oticon Intent. Supported features include:

• Made for iPhone compatibility
• Optimized Android connectivity
• Bluetooth Low Energy Audio
• Google Fast Pair for quick Android pairing
• Auracast broadcast audio compatibility for public venues

A new Streaming Comfort feature automatically reduces surrounding environmental sound while you're streaming, helping phone calls, music, and podcasts stay prominent. The amount of reduction can be adjusted through the mobile app or by your audiologist in the fitting software, so you can decide how much of your surroundings you want to hear during a call.

CROS Support and Charging Options

For patients with single-sided hearing loss, Oticon is introducing a new CROS transmitter alongside the Reveal platform. It uses near-field magnetic induction and Bluetooth Low Energy Audio, supports dual streaming, and applies signal processing on the transmitter side. It also remains backward compatible with supported Oticon products.

One practical improvement: the CROS transmitter shares charging hardware with the Reveal hearing aid, working with both the desktop charger and the portable travel charger. That means one charging setup instead of two, which simplifies daily routines and travel considerably.

Reveal is available in several standard hearing aid colors, with a new Deep Plum option replacing the previous blue.
