Meet our team
Jill Davis, Au.D.
Dr. Jill Davis holds a Doctor of Audiology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Cincinnati. She specializes in advanced digital hearing aid fittings and has extensive training and experience working with all major hearing aid manufacturers.
Dr. Davis' Audiology Leadership Roles:
- President-Elect: Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA)
- Education Committee Co-Chair: Texas Speech-Language-Hearing Association (TSHA)
Dr. Davis has a passion for improving communication for patients and believes music has a significant impact on our ability to understand speech. She always adheres to Best Practices (established by the recognized professional organizations AAA, ADA, and ASHA), using comprehensive diagnostic assessment protocols.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, as well as playing tennis, reading and taking road trips.


Victor Davis, NBC-HWC
Victor Davis serves as the Practice Administrator at Victory Hearing & Balance and plays a key leadership role in expanding Victory Hearing & Wellness into a truly integrative care model.With a background in business management and nearly three decades of experience in public service and organizational leadership, Victor brings a steady commitment to excellence, patient experience, and long-term community health.
At Victory, Coach Davis leads the development of personalized wellness services through Victory Health & Wellness, grounded in the principles of Lifestyle Medicine and Victory’s core wellness pillars: movement, nutrition, restorative sleep, stress resilience, social connection, and proactive health habits.His work supports patients in improving strength, balance, brain health, and overall quality of life — especially those navigating hearing loss, cognitive decline risk, chronic health conditions, and the desire to remain active and independent as they age.
Victor is passionate about proactive care, measurable progress, and whole-person wellness that bridges clinical audiology with sustainable lifestyle strategies.Outside of the clinic, he enjoys traveling, cycling, hiking, playing golf, and spending meaningful time with his family.
Monica Trevino, Ph.D.
Dr. Monica Trevino earned her Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree from the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) and continued her academic training by pursuing a PhD in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Her clinical interests include identifying individual patient communication needs, evaluating and fitting hearing devices, and managing sound disorders such as tinnitus and hyperacusis.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Trevino is dedicated to advancing the field of audiology alongside Dr. Davis and serves as an adjunct lecturer, teaching both undergraduate and graduate students at The University of Texas at Austin.
Originally from Wisconsin, Dr. Trevino has called Austin home since 2023. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys exploring Austin’s food and music scene, taking her dog on new adventures, and traveling to discover new places.


Rachel Nocker
Rachel Nocker is excited to join the Victory Hearing & Balance team as our Patient Care Manager. With over six years of healthcare management experience at Victory Medical, Rachel specializes in insurance coordination, provider scheduling, and ensuring each patient enjoys a seamless and supportive healthcare experience.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Analytical Writing, Rachel is passionate about mental health awareness and committed to enhancing patient well-being. Her dedication to providing compassionate, personalized care makes her an invaluable member of our team.

Valerie Gustin
Valerie Gustin is the Patient Care Coordinator for Victory Hearing & Balance. She is from California and now calls Austin home. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University.
Before joining the Victory Hearing and Balance Team, Valerie worked as a Practice Manager for a number of years. She has two married adult children and a new grandson. She enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures, dining and spending time with her family and friends.
