We understand that conflicting schedules and busy families may prevent you from coming into our clinic when we are open. Because of that we have created a convenient after-hours drop off service to better serve our patients.

Drop Off Services
Hearing aid drop offs can be utilized for the following problems:
- Excessive battery drain
- Lost removal filament
- Dead hearing aid
- Sound issues
- Intermittent
- Distorted
- Fades
- Noisy
- Weak
We can also complete a clean & check on dropped off hearing aids.
How the Drop Off Works
Follow these simple steps:
- COMPLETELY fill out a Hearing Aid Drop-Off envelope (provided next to Drop Box)
- Place your Hearing Aid(s) in the envelope
- Drop the sealed envelope into the Drop Box slot
We will give you a call when your hearing aids are ready to be picked up.
The drop off box is will be accessible seven days a week
- Monday – Friday: 8am – 7pm
- Saturday: 9am – 5pm
- Sunday: 12pm – 5pm
